David is an Associate in the Employment Law team at NB Lawyers and was admitted as a lawyer in 2023. He brings several years of experience in employment and industrial relations, having worked as an Industrial Advocate since early 2021, before joining the firm.
David has represented both employers and employees across the full spectrum of workplace relations matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissals, general protections claims, wage underpayment, workplace bullying, and general employment disputes. His practical and balanced approach allows him to deliver clear, strategic advice that aligns with his clients’ commercial and legal objectives.
As an experienced litigator, David has appeared in numerous matters before the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, and Queensland Human Rights Commission. He has successfully resolved many cases through both conciliation and formal proceedings, achieving strong outcomes for his clients.
David holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Queensland. He is passionate about promoting fair and compliant workplace practices and is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex employment law issues with confidence.
