Van is a Junior Migration Lawyer, admitted to practice in June 2026. Before moving into migration law, he built a strong foundation in property law, where he developed the interpersonal skills needed to guide clients confidently through complex, often stressful processes.
Of Vietnamese descent, Van migrated to Australia with his family at a young age, and speaks fluent Vietnamese. It’s this personal experience of the migration journey that draws him to this area of law — he understands firsthand what clients are going through and brings genuine empathy to every matter.
Van takes a client-friendly approach, taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, and is committed to using his legal knowledge to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met at every stage of their migration journey.
