About the Role
You will work closely with experienced Migration Lawyers to support the preparation and management of visa applications in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with visa applications
- Draft supporting documents and client correspondence
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation
- Liaise with clients and follow up on requirements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all matters
- Support Migration Agents and Lawyers on active matters
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration or paralegal role (migration preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
