Rae Lai is a Junior Solicitor in our Immigration team, fluent in Mandarin and English, and proficient in Cantonese. She plays a key role in supporting clients across the Asia-Pacific region, helping bridge both linguistic and cultural gaps. Rae now focuses exclusively on Australian migration law, advising individuals, families, and employers on visa pathways, compliance, and tribunal reviews. She is known for her clear, compassionate communication style and meticulous attention to detail, making her a trusted advocate for clients navigating life-changing immigration processes.
