Patrick Cassidy

Patrick joined No Borders Law Group as a paralegal in 2023 following the completion of his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) double degree at Monash University, having previously studied at the Australian National University for one year as a chancellor’s scholar.

While in University, Patrick gained experience as an immigration paralegal assisting with a variety of skills assessment, visa, and citizenship applications. He is results driven and has a strong record of delivering the desired positive outcome for clients when assisting both applications and appeals.

His interest in migration law stems from its inextricable ties to administrative law and the real world benefit it has on people and society.

Outside of the office, Patrick is currently studying his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law with the goal of being admitted as a solicitor in the near future.
