Patrick Cassidy

Patrick joined No Borders Law Group as a paralegal in February 2023 following the completion of his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) double degree at Monash University, having previously studied at the Australian National University for one year as a chancellor’s scholar. Since joining, Patrick has now completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and been admitted as a solicitor.

Throughout his time at No Borders Law Group, Patrick has assisted with a variety of skills assessment, visa, and citizenship applications. He is results driven and has a strong record of delivering the desired positive outcome for clients for both applications and appeals. This includes complex cases involving health waivers, the domestic violence provisions, and technical citizenship applications.

His interest in migration law stems from its inextricable ties to administrative law and the real world benefit it has on people and society.
