Lucian has spent the last five years in sales, and if there’s one thing that’s stayed constant, it’s this: people do business with people they trust. That belief has shaped everything about how he works. He listens first, takes the time to properly understand what someone actually needs, and keeps things straightforward rather than overcomplicating them with jargon or unnecessary process.
Over the years he’s built his career across different sides of sales, from direct client relationships to managing targets and leading teams, picking up an all round view of what it actually takes to get people the outcome they’re after. That experience, understanding people, staying patient through the details, and following things through properly, is what he brings into everything he’s building at No Borders Law Group.
Of Croatian and Macedonian heritage, Lucian grew up around a strong sense of hard work and straight talking, and those values still guide the way he does business today. No shortcuts, no empty promises, just honest conversations and a genuine effort to get things right.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Lucian at the gym or watching football and generally trying to keep some balance between the two.
