Kayleigh Swift is the Director NB Property Law, where she also showcases her expertise in Commercial and Residential property matters. Prior to joining NoBorders Law Group, Kayleigh was part of a commercial property team in a mid-sized firm and held a position in a local council’s property department.
Her past roles exposed her to high-level advisory work spanning residential, trustee, telecommunication, commercial, and retail leasing. She also gained substantial experience in purchase and sale acquisitions (both compulsory and voluntary), strata/multi-unit developments, railway/flood mitigation projects, among others. This broad exposure has equipped Kayleigh with the ability to advise clients on potential challenges associated with property development and investment.
In addition to her property law expertise, Kayleigh’s experience in Employment Law includes handling Unfair Dismissal and General Protections claims, as well as advising on restructures and redundancies.
