CEO - Principal NB Migration Law
Agnes Kemenes, the founder and CEO of NoBorders Law Group has been a successful migration advocate since 1998. Her rich experience in assisting individuals and businesses to achieve their migration goals stems from her own journey as a migrant.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Agnes arrived in Australia in 1987 without knowing English or having any connections in the country. Her personal experiences, including overcoming ‘Migration Syndrome’ and establishing her own migration practice in 1998 through dedication and hard work, give her unique insight into her clients’ situations.
In 2010, Agnes was a finalist in the Queensland Ethnic Business Awards. Her passion for people and Australia, combined with her professional and legal knowledge, resulted in a steady stream of clientele, primarily through referrals from satisfied clients. While managing a thriving practice, Agnes completed her legal studies at the Queensland University of Technology, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree and gaining admission as a lawyer.
Agnes also participates in various corporate and political functions, where she voices her opinions on Australia’s migration policy and establishes corporate alliances for her clients’ benefit. Known for her charisma, empathy, and innovative thinking, Agnes is dedicated to assisting clients throughout the migration process. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member No. 004.
Director NB Commercial Law
Daniel Dash is the Director of NB Commercial Law, bringing over a decade of experience to the team. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP), providing the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of the complex aspects of commercial law.
In his role at NB Commercial Law, Daniel specialises in contractual disputes, commercial transactions, finance, corporate advisory services, and trusts. His practice areas also include business structuring, shareholder contracts, corporate law, commercial litigation, commercial property, intellectual property, taxation, and business succession planning.
Working closely with company directors and business owners, Daniel is dedicated to achieving results that align with his clients’ objectives. He is committed to providing practical recommendations and crafting clear, effective strategies to address each unique legal situation.

Sarah Alsarrage is a Lawyer in the Commercial Law Team. Sarah graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Laws and Business Management and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2021.
Prior to working at NB Lawyers, Sarah has had experience in Commercial, Wills and Estates and Property Law. Sarah’s passion lies in Commercial Law and assisting clients achieve their goals through their business endeavours by providing the best legal advice for her clients and working through every obstacle to obtain the best outcome.

Richard Duhig has diverse experience gained across private practice, local government and in-house counsel/senior counsel roles covering areas including commercial, property, town planning, land resumption, intellectual property, insurance and litigation.
Richard is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Law team and specialises in achieving pragmatic, timely outcomes and providing effective, practical advice. With experience from the High Court to QCAT, his philosophy is that while conflict is inevitable, combat is not and with the right commercial arrangements established in a timely fashion, even conflict can be minimised.
Richard’s interest lies in protecting commercial interests through intellectual property registration and infringement advice, business structuring, shareholder contracts, taxation, insurance, commercial property and leasing arrangements, town planning, and commercial litigation.
Richard Duhig is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Law team, boasting a diverse background spanning private practice, local government, and in-house counsel/senior counsel roles. His experience covers a wide range of areas, including commercial, property, town planning, land resumption, intellectual property, insurance, and litigation.
Richard specialises in achieving pragmatic, timely, client-centric outcomes and providing effective, practical advice. He has experience ranging from the High Court to QCAT, leading him to believe that while conflict is unavoidable, combat is not necessary. By promptly establishing the right commercial arrangements, he believes exposure, risk and conflicts can be minimised.

Senior Legal Assistant
Tracey has a broad range of experience working across various industries. Her working career started as a receptionist with luxury and high-end hotel chains, such as Hyatt International, Hyatt Regency Coolum and Park Hyatt Canberra. After accumulating her experience in professional services, Tracey took some time off to be a mum.
Tracey has an international vision and work experience. For past years, Tracey has lived overseas for 16 years, establishing her skillsets while expanding career opportunities in Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, Mexico and Indonesia. Over this time, Tracey worked in several industries, Education, Banking, Hospitality and Broadcast Technology and now law. With pragmatic approaches and rich experience in handling documentation; combined with a varied and wide overseas experience, Tracey has developed a greater acceptance, appreciation and understanding of people and cultures to bring to her new journey with NB Lawyers – Lawyers for employers
Junior Legal Assistant
Stacey is new to the legal world, but has a wide array of experience from previous positions. Her varied positions range from admin for the Brisbane Tech team at the Bureau of Meteorology, a dance teacher/receptionist at a dance studio to a Logistics Administrator at a NDIS construction company.
An avid motorsport fan, as well as a competitive ballroom dancer, Stacey likes to keep both her work and spare time busy. With such different hobbies, this has allowed her to be around a wide array of people and cultures. With a great understanding that there are many walks in life, Stacey is ready to help to the best of her ability, no matter the circumstances.
