Request as to the Relaxation of Condition 8107 and Condition 8607

Request as to the Relaxation of Condition 8107 and Condition 8607

Unfortunately, migrants currently in Australia on subclass 457 and subclass 482 temporary employer-sponsored visas have been stood down or lost their employment as a result of measures taken by the Australian Government.

No Borders Migration believe in being proactive in uncertain times like these and are fighting for migrants’ rights. No Borders Migration is working hard to ensure a fair approach by the Government to relax the conditions 8107 and 8607 for a specific period.

Condition 8107 declares that if you leave your employer because things haven’t worked out, you have 90 days to become sponsored by a different employer or your visa will, unfortunately, be cancelled.

Condition 8607 refers to all primary TSS visa holders. This condition requires TSS visa holders who wish to change occupation, to have a new nomination approved and a new visa granted before they start work in a new profession.

To assist the Australian economy during this time, many temporary workers in this situation could extend their services to other sectors which are experiencing a significant increase in demand.

Please see below the request written to the Hon David Coleman MP. We are waiting on a response and will notify the public once we the Hon David Coleman MP has reached a decision.
