About Our Migration Team

Who we are

Experts in Australian visa laws, NB Migration Law is a dedicated team of registered immigration agents providing Australian visa help. Our international team has a wealth of personal and professional experience, and can assist you with a smooth transition to a new life in Australia.

NB Migration Law was established in 1998 under the name Four Corners Migration Consultancy. Founder and Director, Agnes Kemenes came to Australia from Hungary in 1987 as a non-English speaking migrant, and rose to the challenge of establishing a new life in an unfamiliar country. Inspired to help others in similar situations, Agnes began practising as a migration agent and established what is now known as No Borders Migration Advocates in Brisbane, Australia.

Today, NB Migration Law has immigration agents in Brisbane, Sydney, Cairns and Adelaide. The group comprises an international team representing more than 400 clients each year.

Most of our team members have had personal experience of migration and between us we speak eleven languages: English, Spanish, German, Hungarian, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Chinese, Swedish and Korean.

Our staff members are professional and knowledgeable, and we strive to be the best migration agents for anyone looking for Australian visa help.

Anthony is a graduate of Bachelor of Law at QUT and recently got admitted as a lawyer of the Queensland Supreme Court in March 2023 and has been handling complex cases in immigration law such as domestic violence provision, unlawful citizens, responses to natural justice letters; health waivers.

Originally came from Vietnam, Anthony understands the challenges that migrants have to deal with when moving to Australia. Anthony is familiar with all aspects of migration law, having practice in migration area for an extended period. He is driven by a strong desire to make a positive impact on those in need of migration assistance. In addition to being fluent in English, Anthony is also a Vietnamese native speaker.

Jinsil holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Auckland and was admitted as a lawyer in 2015. She began her career in property law, where she developed strong analytical capabilities and a client-focused approach, before transitioning into migration law.

Originally from Korea and raised in New Zealand, Jinsil brings a unique cross-cultural perspective shaped by her own immigrant journey. This experience inspired her passion for migration law and her commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating Australia’s immigration system.

After relocating to Brisbane in early 2025, Jinsil joined No Borders Law Group in November 2025. She combines a solid legal foundation with a compassionate, attentive manner, ensuring clients receive clear advice and dedicated support throughout their migration process.

Fluent in English and Korean, Jinsil is committed to helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve successful outcomes with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) is a discrete office attached to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. No Borders operate under a strict Code of Conduct which is administered by MARA, to ensure the utmost professional conduct in all our dealings with clients.
