Your Role:
As the fearless Migration Legal Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert immigration legal advice.
- Manage and oversee client files with precision and dedication
- Draft compelling legal submissions for applications and appeals.
- Represent clients in courts and tribunals when required.
- Maintain meticulous file notes and evidence.
- Foster strong client relationships with timely and effective communication.
- Meet monthly performance targets, legally and financially.
- Ensure “a way forward”
- (Bonus) Lead and mentor a legal team (desirable).
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Migration Law experience – Your expertise in visa applications and eligibility is essential.
