As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Migration to expand our client base and strengthen our referral network.

About the Role

This is a key growth role within the firm, responsible for driving new business opportunities with a strong focus on B2B sales and partnership development, and building long-term strategic relationships.

You will work closely with the Sales team to convert enquiries into clients, while also developing external partnerships to generate ongoing referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to grow the firm’s corporate client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients and referral partners
  • Generate and convert corporate client enquiries into consultations and retained clients
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise client conversion and experience
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong track record of generating and converting new business
  • Experience building partnerships and referral networks (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident engaging with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Results-driven, proactive, and professionally presented
