As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Migration to expand our client base and strengthen our referral network.
About the Role
This is a key growth role within the firm, responsible for driving new business opportunities with a strong focus on B2B sales and partnership development, and building long-term strategic relationships.
You will work closely with the Sales team to convert enquiries into clients, while also developing external partnerships to generate ongoing referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to grow the firm’s corporate client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients and referral partners
- Generate and convert corporate client enquiries into consultations and retained clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise client conversion and experience
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong track record of generating and converting new business
- Experience building partnerships and referral networks (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident engaging with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Results-driven, proactive, and professionally presented
