Agnes Gebus – Financial services
From France
“Australia is this unique place in the world where you can have both a challenging and rewarding career and an amazing lifestyle. I have also met here the nicest and happiest people. I am proud to be part of this community and look forward to contributing to it and making it an even better place.”
An experienced investment banker and financial services professional, Agnes worked on Wall Street in New York and in the City of London. She has advised both private and listed companies on their mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising and other financial solutions.
Agnes worked on the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Judo Bank in November 2021, the first IPO of a bank in Australia in 25 years. Thanks to the capital raised during the IPO, Judo is creating jobs and lending more money to Australian small and medium businesses. Agnes wants to inspire more young women to choose a career in finance.
