About the Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with our legal team and you will:

  • Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
  • Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
  • Ensure files are managed appropriately
  • Appear in courts and tribunals
  • Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
  • Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
  • Coach and assist junior team members.

 

 

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a legal professional who is:

  • An admitted Australian legal practitioner with a valid Queensland Practicing Certificate
  • Experienced: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Australian migration law
  • Client-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and deadline-driven with excellent time management
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Motivated, proactive, and always aiming for high-quality outcomes
  • A second language is a plus but not essential
