Agnes Kemenes, the founder and CEO of NoBorders Law Group has been a successful migration advocate since 1998. Her rich experience in assisting individuals and businesses to achieve their migration goals stems from her own journey as a migrant.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Agnes arrived in Australia in 1987 without knowing English or having any connections in the country. Her personal experiences, including overcoming ‘Migration Syndrome’ and establishing her own migration practice in 1998 through dedication and hard work, give her unique insight into her clients’ situations.
In 2010, Agnes was a finalist in the Queensland Ethnic Business Awards. Her passion for people and Australia, combined with her professional and legal knowledge, resulted in a steady stream of clientele, primarily through referrals from satisfied clients. While managing a thriving practice, Agnes completed her legal studies at the Queensland University of Technology, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree and gaining admission as a lawyer.
Agnes also participates in various corporate and political functions, where she voices her opinions on Australia’s migration policy and establishes corporate alliances for her clients’ benefit. Known for her charisma, empathy, and innovative thinking, Agnes is dedicated to assisting clients throughout the migration process. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member No. 004.

Kayleigh Swift is the Director of NB Property Law, where she showcases her expertise across Commercial, Property and Estate Planning Law. Kayleigh works closely with individuals, families and business owners to navigate complex property transactions, commercial contracts and long-term asset protection strategies with confidence.
Prior to joining No Borders Law Group, Kayleigh was part of a commercial property team in a mid-sized firm and also held a position within a local council’s property department. Her experience spans residential, trustee, telecommunications, commercial and retail leasing matters, as well as purchase and sale acquisitions (both compulsory and voluntary), strata and multi-unit developments, and major infrastructure projects. This broad exposure equips her to advise clients on the legal and commercial challenges associated with property development and investment.
With extensive experience in estate planning and commercial law, Kayleigh advises clients on wills, testamentary trusts, asset structuring and succession planning, ensuring their wealth and business interests are protected both now and into the future. Her combined commercial and property background enables her to deliver integrated, strategic advice that supports business growth, risk management and long-term wealth preservation.

Louise Mifsud is a Lawyer with strong experience in property and commercial matters. She regularly assists clients with residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing transactions, and wills and estates—delivering practical, timely, and solution-focused legal support.
Beyond her property expertise, Louise advises clients who are buying or selling a business, providing guidance on business structures and contract negotiation. Her knowledge spans dispute resolution and litigation, e-commerce, and intellectual property, including trademark, copyright, and patent matters.
Louise is also experienced in reviewing contracts and franchise agreements. She is known for her attention to detail, approachable manner, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients across both personal and commercial legal matters.
Paralegal
Rhianna is a dedicated and personable paralegal currently completing her Diploma of Paralegal Studies, with qualification expected in June. Originally from New Zealand and now based in Brisbane for the past three years, she brings a diverse professional background and a strong client-focused approach to her work.
Prior to transitioning into the legal field, Rhianna worked as a kindergarten teacher, where she developed exceptional communication, organisation, and conflict resolution skills. Her experience working closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams has equipped her with a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
Rhianna’s background has strengthened her ability to build rapport quickly, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure — qualities that are highly valuable in legal practice. She is known for her strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues.
Currently balancing work and study, Rhianna works Monday to Thursday while completing her qualification, demonstrating strong time management and dedication to her professional development.
